We aim to ship out the DVD product between 24 and 48 hours after receiving full payment and the shipping costs are included in the pricing details when the order is made.

We stand by our guarantee of 6 months if you are not completely happy with the product and you are not able to learn what I have said you will by informing us of your intention to return the product to us in the same condition as it was originally sent.
